Hi! I’m Jessica

Hi, I’m Jessica — mom, adventure-seeker, and passionate advocate for stronger family connections.

I’ve always loved to travel. Over the years, my family and I have road-tripped across states, set sail on ocean cruises, and made spontaneous detours that turned into unforgettable memories. We recently took a leap and bought a travel trailer, and now we’re hitting the road with even more freedom and fun — just me and my 13-year-old son, wrapped up in our next adventure.

As a mom navigating the teen years, I know how fast time flies. The window to connect deeply with our kids and partners is short — and precious. That’s why I created Wrapped Up in Adventure: a place to share real stories from the road, practical parenting tips, and relationship insights that help families grow stronger together.

I also bring a professional lens to everything I share. With a Master’s degree in Family Therapy, I’ve spent years helping families improve communication, rebuild trust, and rediscover joy in each other. Now, I’m combining that knowledge with my love of travel to help families like yours reconnect through adventure.
